摘 要:针对青西油田地质条件复杂、地层岩性多变、倾角大、井斜难控制、可钻性差等难题,分开次、分地层制定了自上而下的钻井提速技术对策。上部推覆体地层倾角大,井斜难控制,采用预弯曲动力防斜打快技术;二开新近系牛胳套—胳塘沟组砾石层发育,单只钻头进尺低,分段优选高效PDC钻头;三开白垩系岩性多变,研磨性强,采用New-Drill配合PDC钻头提速。对青西油田不同地层应用的提速技术试验效果进行评价,形成了提速技术模板,并在18口井上进行了现场推广应用。在平均井深增加239.7 m的情况下,平均机械钻速由1.98 m/h提高至2.44 m/h,平均钻井周期由184.4 d缩短至168.7d,提速效果显著。研究结果表明,青西油田深井提速技术模板的建立有效解决了整体提速效果差的难题,同时可为其他油田类似地层提供借鉴参考。Due to the complex geological conditions, variable lithology, high formation dip, uncontrollable well deviation and poor drillability in Qingxi Oilfield, countermeasures of drilling rate improvement technology were proposed according to spud-in sequence and geological stratification data from surface to bottom. In this paper, to address the problems of large dip angle and uncontrollable well inclination in upper nappe formation, technology of anti-deviation and fast penetration with pre-bending dynamic BHA is used;in the second section, high efficient PDC bits are segmentally optimized due to thick gravel bed and short bit footage in N2 n+N1 t section; in the third section, to solve problems of variable lithology, high grindability and poor drillability in cretaceous formation,torsion impactor and New-Drill are adopted to enhance ROP. Through evaluating the drilling rate improvement result, technological template for different formations was formed and it was generalized in 18 wells in Qingxi Oilfield. It shows that drilling speed of Qingxi Oilfield is improved significantly. ROP is enhanced from 1.98 m/h to 2.44 m/h, while the average drilling period is decreased from 184.4 d to 168.7 d on the condition of the average well-depth increase of 239.7 m. Research results indicate that the establishment of drilling speed enhancement technique template for Qingxi deep wells has outstanding performance and could provide reference for analogous formations in other oilfields.
