摘　　要：国家公园是中国生态文明体制改革的重要组成内容,湿地生态补偿是生态系统服务研究的前沿和热点,两者对促进中国可持续发展和人类福祉提升具有重要意义。在整理相关文献的基础上,揭示了国家公园湿地生态补偿的重要性,介绍了中国国家公园发展概况,系统阐述了国内外国家公园湿地生态补偿工作在管理机构、法律政策、补偿机制等方面的研究进展。与生态系统服务权衡、人类福祉相联系,建立中国湿地保护交易制度,推动国家公园管理部门统一行使园区内生态保护补偿职责,探索湿地长制度,成为未来国家公园湿地生态补偿的重点方向。National park is an important component of the reform of the ecological civilization system in China, and it is one of the most important types of natural reserve in the world. Eco-compensation for wetlands is a hot spot in ecosystem service research. Both of them are important to promote the sustainable development and human wellbeing of China. On the basis of the relevant literature, this article explains the importance of eco-compensation for wetlands in national parks, summarizes the general situation of the development of national park in China, and systematically reviewed domestic and foreign progress of researches on eco-compensation for wetlands in national parks from management agency, laws and policies, and compensation mechanism.At present, China does not have a clear management department of national park. From the pilot work, Threeriver-source National Park Administration has monopolized the duty of ecological protection and eco-compensation in the park. Before that, this responsibility belonged to many administrative agencies. In recent years,China has constantly explored and established the laws, regulations and policies system on eco-compensation for wetlands in national parks. The legislative departments of some provinces have paid more attention to ecocompensation for wetlands in the national park regulations that have been adopted. The wetland protection trading system has been implemented in United States and Canada, and the operators of Wetland Mitigation Banking have become the subjects of eco-compensation for wetlands. In China, the subjects of eco-compensation for wetlands in national parks mainly are government management department. While a pluralistic mode of eco-compensation for wetlands in national parks has been formed in the world, the mode of eco-compensation in China mainly is the government＇s financial transfer payment, and other modes are at the exploratory stage.
