摘　　要：介绍了SWRH82B钢种的100t顶底复吹转炉单渣法冶炼、LF炉精炼、连铸工艺,表明在无铁水预脱磷处理工艺下,转炉采用单渣操作,控制出钢C=0.15%~0.35%、P≤0.015%,出钢温度1580~1610℃,能使成品钢中P≤0.015%,并降低增碳剂用量,提高了生产节奏,缩短了冶炼周期,降低了原材料消耗以及钢铁料消耗。This article introduced single-slag smelting in 100 ttop and bottom combined blown converter,LF refining and continuous casting of SWRH82 B.It is shown that,in the case of no hot metal dephosphorizing pretreatment process,we used single-slag operation in converter,made tapping [C]=0.15~0.35 %,tapping [P]≤0.015 %and tapping T=1580~1610 ℃ so as to cause finished steel′s[P]≤0.015 %,carburant addition decrease,productive rhythm speed up,smelting cycle shorten,raw material and metal consumption decrease,productive cost decrease.
