摘 要:通过对10个蝉花居群共12个形态性状的观察和测量,采用SAS 8.1软件对蝉花形态性状数据进行描述性、巢式方差和Q聚类分析,揭示蝉花居群形态性状的变异式样。描述性分析表明,蝉花居群12个形态性状的变异系数(CV值)在12.97%~162.57%之间,在物种水平表现出丰富的变异;巢式方差分析表明,蝉花12个形态性状在居群间平均方差分量占总变异的33.79%,居群内个体间平均方差分量占总变异的66.21%,说明蝉花居群内个体形态性状变异丰富,是形态性状变异的主要来源;Q聚类分析表明蝉花居群形态性状具有一定的地理相关性。12 morphological characters were observed and determined in Isaria cicadae, and the Statistical Analysis System (SAS) 8.1 was used to analyze the morphological data, and the morphological variation pattern was analyzed in 10 populations of I. cicadae by using the descriptive statistical analysis, nested variation analysis and Q cluster analysis. The CV of 12 morpholog- ical characters was from 12.97% to 162.57% in the populations of I. cicadae, indicating an ample morphological diversity at the species level. The nested variation analysis of the 12 morphological characters indicated that about 33.79% of the variability was attributable to the differentiation among populations, the rest 66.21% of the variability was derived from individuals. It was re- vealed that the phenotypic variation within individual was the main part of the morphological variation of L cicadae. The Q clus- ter analysis (average linkage) showed that the morphological characters had a certain correlation with geographical origin in I. cicadae.
