摘  要:太阳能制氢是利用太阳能获取氢能的重要途径。太阳能制氢反应系统的设计和选择是实现高效太阳能制氢和能否走向工业化的核心问题之一。重点论述了太阳能制氢系统的主要结构,不同体系具有的各自优缺点及材料选择等方面的问题,使用CIGS材料作为吸光材料,以三个单体CIGS电池串联构成光伏组件,为水分解反应提供了足够的电压,实现太阳能制氢全反应。对以CIGS光伏电池组件为基础的太阳能制氢前景进行展望并论述存在的主要问题。The efficient solar hydrogen reaction system is one of the most important ways to utilize solar energy. The design and selection of solar hydrogen reaction system is one of the core problems to realize efficient solar hydrogen reaction and achieve industrialization. The main structure of solar hydrogen reaction system and advantages and disadvantages of different systems as well as issues such as material selection were discussed. CIGS was used as absorber material and the photovoltaic device was formed with three CIGS cells in series, providing sufficient voltage for water splitting to achieve full solar hydrogen reaction. The prospect of the solar hydrogen reaction system based on CIGS photovoltaic device was expected and the main existing problems were discussed.
