摘　　要：利用Flexsim软件对仓储作业流程进行仿真建模,通过进一步仿真实验和数据分析,发现导致仓库爆仓的原因是因堆垛机作业效率低造成的,并针对性地提出入库作业流程优化建议,使爆仓问题得到缓解,进一步提高仓储作业效率。In this paper, the authors made simulation modeling to flow of warehousing and storage activities. Then, through farther simulation and data analysis, the authors pointed out the reason of express delivery flood in warehouse is poor efficiency of stocker operation. In the end, the authors put forward some optimization suggestions, which can remit express delivery flood in warehouse and improve the efficiency of warehousing and storage activities.
