摘  要:为了保证炼油厂的核心环保装置——三联合硫磺回收装置的平稳运行,笔者阐述了UTD型电动浮筒液位变送器、平衡容器、吹气式液位计、智能差压变送器4种液位测量装置的结构与工作原理,分析了其常见故障,提出了处理方法,有效提高了三联合硫磺回收装置的硫磺回收率,为解决同类装置长周期运行问题提供了技术思路,具有一定的借鉴意义。In this paper, in order to ensure smooth operation of core environmental protection device of oil refinery, that is three-joint sulfur recovery unit, the author expounded structures and working principles of four liquid level measurement devices, including liquid level transmitter, balance container, blow-type liquid level gauge and the smart differential pressure transmitter of UTD electric buoy. Then, the author analyzed common faults, and put forward handling methods, which may effectively improve sulfur recovery rate of three-joint sulfur recovery unit, provide technical thoughts for solving the problem of long-period operation of similar devices, and have certain reference significance.
