摘 要:HGIS/GIS设备的断路器液压弹簧操动机构出现故障,导致断路器机构无法储能,以致闭锁分闸时须先将故障断路器各侧设备停电,再无压拉开故障断路器两侧隔离开关将其隔离,此操作过程耗时长且会损失大量负荷。为此,研制出一种能实现机构高油压储能活塞与工作油缸之间能量传输的装置,使操动机构能快速分闸,进而隔离故障。The fault of circuit breaker mechanism could not store energy caused by hydraulic spring mechanism of HGIS/GIS. The locking and closing operation should power off each side equipment of fault circuit breaker, then open the isolation switch on both sides of the fault circuit breaker without voltage. This operation was time-consuming and a large amount of load would be lost. A device which could realize the energy transmission between the high oil pressure storage piston and the working cylinder was developed to implement the fast switching off of the operating mechanism and fault isolation.
