摘 要:传统真空炉只能做一种热处理工艺,基于此,提出一种"一体两机"式立式结构真空炉主要结构设计,该设备采用一套机组通过两台高阀分别连接两台立式炉体,再通过电气控制每台高阀的开关从而控制立式炉的开启;论文简述了真空炉炉体、加热室、传动系统的结构设计;此外还提出一种新的风管设计结构,由传统的金属风管改为带螺纹的瓷件风管从而大大节约了维护时间成本。The traditional vacuum furnace can only be used as a heat treatment process,based on this,the paper describes the main structure design of an integrated two-machine type vertical structure vacuum furnace. The equipment uses a set of units to connect two vertical furnace bodies respectively through two high valves,and then controls the opening of the vertical furnace by electrically controlling the switch of each high valve. The structure design of furnace body,heating chamber and transmission system of vacuum furnace is briefly described. In addition,a new air duct design structure is proposed,which is changed from traditional metal air duct to porcelain air duct with screw thread,thus greatly saving maintenance time and cost.
