摘  要:运用TRIZ分析工具获得了铝合金板带材表面黑线产生的根本原因,依靠资源分析、物理矛盾分析方法和技术矛盾分析方法设计了高端铝合金板带材表面黑线改善的最终方案。新方案通过在热粗轧机前引入高浓度乳液对铸锭及导路进行高压喷淋来清除异物颗粒,并通过空间分离原理采用高浓度乳液进行轧制润滑和改用一道次热精轧工艺,减少了热轧表面擦划伤,成功改善了造成铝合金表面黑线的第一要素——表面损伤,大大降低了高端铝合金板带材表面黑线不良率,并可节约设备改造成本。Obtained the fundamental causes of the surface black marks of the aluminum alloy plates and strips by the TRIZ analysis tool,and achieved a solution after resource analysis,physical contradiction analysis and technical contradiction analysis. Introduced the high concentration emulsion at the front of the hot rolling mill and sprayed it on the ingot and guide road to remove the foreign particles through high pressure,lubricated with high concentration emulsion when rolling inspired by the principle of space separation,and reduced the scratching on hot rolling aluminum alloy plates surface by use one pass hot finishing rolling make up the new solution together.After the solution is taken,surface damage,the first factor that causes the surface black marks of the aluminum alloy plates and strips has been successfully improved. It can not only greatly reduce the bad rate of the surface black line of the aluminum alloy plate and strip with high surface quality,but also save the cost of the equipment transformation.
