全光照喷雾条件下不同GGR对连翘和水蜡扦插育苗的研究

摘　　要：在全光照自动喷雾条件下,采用不同浓度的GGR-6、GGR-7、GGR-8和GGR-10对连翘和水蜡插条进行处理,测定其插穗存活率、生根率、生根数量等指标,探究适合连翘和水蜡扦插生根的GGR种类及其浓度。结果表明,在0-250mg/L的范围内GGR-6、GGR-7、GGR-8和GGR-10均对连翘和水蜡的扦插成活有不同程度的促进作用,其中促进生根效果为GGR10>GGR6>GGR7>GGR-8;150mg/L的GGR-10处理2h插穗的生根效果最好。Under the condition of which were full illumination and water spraying,using different concentrations of GGR-6、GGR-7、GGR-8 and GGR-10 deal with Forsythia suspensa Thunb and Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb wood cutting,determine the survival rate of cuttings Root quantity indicators such as rooting rate,to explore suitable for Forsythia suspensa Thunb and Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb wood cuttings rooting types and concentrations of GGR. Results show that in the 0-250 mg/L range GGR-6、GGR-7、GGR-8 and GGR-10 of Forsythia suspensa Thunb and Ligustrum obtusifolium Sieb wood cuttings survival have different degrees of role,Which facilitate GGR-10 rooting effect〉GGR-6〉 GGR-7 〉GGR-8. Best rooting effect was when the wood cuttings were treated in 150 mg/L GGR-10 solution for 2 hours.
