摘  要:当前,在国家政策的引导鼓励下,新能源行业尤其是分布式光伏行业发展迅猛。但是,对决定投资的关键因素评价不足,会致使项目无法建设或者建成后投资效益远低于预期,导致投资决策失误。因此,梳理投资决策的主要影响因素和评价方法,分析投资风险与控制的有效策略,可以为参与分布式光伏项目的各方作出准确、可靠、快速的决策提供理论与实践参考。At present, under the guidance of the guidance of the national policy, the new energy industry, especially the distributed photovoltaic industry, has developed rapidly. However, the lack of evaluation of the key factors that decide the investment will cause the project to be unable to build. Even after the completion of the project, the investment efficiency is often far lower than expected, resulting in errors in investment decisions. Therefore, combing the main influencing factors and evaluation methods of investment decisions, and analyzing effective strategies of investment risk and control, which can provide theoretical and practical references for all parties involved in distributed photovoltaic projects to make accurate, reliable and rapid decisions.
