摘 要:试验旨在研究不同精粗比日粮对山羊瘤胃、瓣胃上皮生长的差异性。试验选用健康的青年波杂山羊16只分为两组,分别饲喂纯粗料(PS组,n=8)、粗料加精料(PSC组,n=8)。饲喂42 d后,发现PSC组山羊瘤胃干重显著高于PS组(P<0.05);与PS组相比,PSC组山羊瘤胃上皮颗粒层和棘突层细胞总层数显著升高,而PSC组瓣胃上皮颗粒层和棘突层细胞总层数显著降低(P<0.05);通过流式细胞术分析,PSC组山羊瘤胃上皮细胞S期和G2/M期细胞百分率均显著高于PS组(P<0.05);而PSC组山羊瓣胃上皮细胞S期和G2/M期细胞百分率均显著低于PS组(P<0.05)。结果表明,添加精料可加速瘤胃上皮细胞增殖,促进瘤胃上皮细胞生长,阻滞瓣胃上皮细胞增殖,抑制瓣胃上皮细胞生长。To investigate different forage-to-concentrate ratio feed on the difference of rumen and gross stomach epithelium growth in goat, sixteen healthy young bog goats were divided into two groups. They were fed pure coarse material (group PS,n=8), coarse material and concentrate (group PSC, n=8) respectively. After feeding 42 d,the rumen dry weight of the PSC goats was significantly higher than that of the PS group (P〈0.05). Compared with the PS group, the total layers of the granular layer and the spinous process cells in the PSC group of goats increased significantly, while the number of the total layers of the granular layer and the spinous process cells in the PSC group decreased significantly(P〈0.05), and the flow cytometry was used to analyze the S phase and G2/M of the goats' rumen epithelial cells in the PSC group(P〈0.05). The percentage of G2/M phase cells was significantly higher than that of group PS, while the percentages of S phase and G2/M phase of PSC group were significantly lowerthan those of PS group(P〈0.05). The results showed that the proliferation of ruminal epithelial cells was accelerated and the growth of the epithelial cells of the rumen was accelerated, and the proliferation of the epithelial cells of the flap was inhibited.
