摘 要:目的:观察比较平衡式超快速场回波与快速自旋回波序列对胎儿颅脑解剖结构显示能力。方法:随机选取笔者所在医院2015年5月-2017年5月接收的68例疑诊胎儿颅脑畸形中晚期孕产妇为本次试验研究对象,所有患者均给予平衡式超快速场回波与快速自旋回波序列检查,比较两种回波序列对胎儿颅脑畸形检出率及图像质量、图像平均信号强度值、信噪比、图像伪影等相关情况。结果:参与本次研究的68例疑诊胎儿颅脑畸形中晚期孕产妇后期有21例确诊胎儿颅脑畸形,平衡式超快速场回波对胎儿颅脑发育畸形检查检出率(80.9%)明显优于快速自旋回波序列检查(61.9%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。平衡式超快速场回波正常胎儿图像质量、图像平均信号强度值、信噪比均明显优于快速自旋回波序列检查,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于疑诊胎儿颅脑发育畸形的中晚期孕产妇给予平衡式超快速场回波与快速自旋回波序列磁共振检查可有效提高对畸形胎儿检出率,其中平衡式超快速场回波对胎儿颅脑解剖结构显示能力明显优于快速自旋回波序列。Objective:To observe the display ability of fetal brain anatomy by balanced super fast field echo and fast spin echo sequence.Method:68 cases of fetal craniocerebral malformation received from May 2017 to May 2015 were studied in this experiment.All patients were given balanced ultra fast field echo and rapid spin echo sequence examination.The detection rate of fetal craniocerebral malformation,image quality,mean signal intensity value and letter of two kinds of echo sequences were compared.The correlation of noise ratio,image artifact and so on. Result:68 cases of advanced maternal fetal brain malformations in later stage were diagnosed 21 cases of fetal brain malformations.The detectable rate of balanced ultra fast field echo on fetal brain development was better than that of fast spin echo sequence(80.9% vs 61.9%),and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).The normal fetal image quality,the average signal intensity value and the signal to noise ratio of the balanced ultra fast field echo were obviously superior to the rapid spin echo sequence,and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The middle and late pregnant and late pregnant women who suspected fetal brain malformation were able to improve the detection rate of malformed fetus by using the balanced ultra fast field echo and the rapid spin echo sequence magnetic resonance imaging.The balance ultra fast field echo was obviously superior to the rapid autspin echo sequence.
