摘  要:目的:观察心理护理在手足口病患儿家长护理中的应用效果。方法:将笔者所在医院2015年2月-2016年2月收治的100例手足口病患儿分为对照组(50例)与试验组(50例)。对照组采取儿科常规护理,试验组在此基础上针对患儿家长开展心理护理干预。评估两组患儿家长焦虑抑郁程度和护理满意度评分。结果:试验组患儿家长焦虑与抑郁评分分别为(39.77±2.85)、(38.64±3.66)分,较对照组明显更低,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患儿家长对心理护理、基础操作、环境护理、服务态度及健康宣教等护理指标满意度评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对手足口病患儿家长开展心理护理干预有利于改善其焦虑和抑郁情绪,提高依从性与护理满意度,值得推广应用。Objective:To observe the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing of parents of children with hand foot mouth disease.Method:100 cases of hand foot mouth disease in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2016 were randomly divided into 2 groups,control group(50 cases) and experimental group(50 cases).Patients in control group received routine nursing,and the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention for the parents of the children on the basis of the control group.Anxiety and depression degree and nursing satisfaction scores of children with parents of the two groups were observed.Result:The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were(39.77±2.85)points,(38.64±3.66)points,lower than the control group,there was statistical significance(P〈0.05).Psychological care,basic operation,environmental care,service attitude,health education and other indicators of satisfaction scores of experimental group of children with parents were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The psychological nursing intervention for children with hand foot mouth disease is beneficial to improve the anxiety and depression,improve the compliance and nursing satisfaction,it is worth of popularizing and applying.
