摘　　要：目的:探讨0.3%碘伏液与温开水擦洗清洁会阴在留置尿管患者中的护理效果。方法:此次研究对象为2015年6月-2017年1月于笔者所在医院进行手术,术后留置尿管患者共90例,依照就诊时间先后差异将90例患者随机分为试验组和对照组,每组45例。留置尿管期间,对照组患者使用0.3%碘伏液对会阴部进行清洁护理,试验组患者则使用温开水,疗程结束后对患者进行护理舒适度调查,并比较两组患者留置尿管期间发生皮肤过敏、尿路感染的概率。结果:两组患者留置尿管期间发生尿路感染率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但试验组患者发生皮肤过敏的概率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者护理舒适度调查结果比较,试验组患者明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用温开水对留置尿管患者进行会阴进行护理,能起到清洁消毒、预防尿路感染的效果,提高了患者舒适度,对皮肤刺激较小,具有推广实践价值。Objective：To investigate the nursing effect of 0.3% iodophor solution and warm water scrubbing clean perineum in patients with indwelling catheter.Method：A total of 90 patients with indwelling catheter in our hospital for surgery from June 2015 to January 2017 were enrolled in this study.90 patients were randomly divided into experimental group and control group according to the difference of visiting time with 45 cases in each group.During the indwelling catheter,patients in the control group were treated with 0.3% iodophor liquid to clean the perineum,patients in the experimental group were treated with warm water.After the end of the course,the comfort degree of the patients was investigated,and the incidence of skin allergy and urinary tract infection during the indwelling catheter in the two groups were compared.Result：There was no significant difference in the probability of urinary tract infection between the two groups（P〉0.05）.However,the incidence of skin allergy in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Compared with the results of the satisfaction investigation,the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The use of warm water on the perineal catheter indwelling patients can clean and disinfect the urinary tract infections,improve patient comfort,with less irritating to the skin and the promotion of practical value.
