摘 要:在三网融合新形式下为提升广电网络运营支撑的响应效率,对现有网络资源管理和支撑工作进行分析,探讨了传统网络设计及资源管理方式面临的挑战,借助GIS技术实现可视化网络资源管理的可行性分析。梳理广电网络在规划、设计、建设、运维、业务运营的工作要求,从系统目标、架构设计、功能配置、接口交互等方面阐述以GIS技术为核心的图形化资源管理系统的设计方案,在实际应用中表明该设计方案和技术方法较好的提升了我司的运营管理水平。To improve the response efficiency of radio and TV network operation support under the new form of triple play, this paper analyzes the existing network resource management and support, discusses the challenges of traditional network design and resource management, realizes the feasibility analysis of visual network resource management with GIS technology. Combing the radio and TV network in the planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operation of the work requirements, the paper describes the design of graphical resource management system which based on GIS technology from the aspects of system goal, architecture design, function configuration and interface interaction. And then, the rapid response of system functional requirements is obtained by introducing component assembly technology. In practical application, it shows that this design scheme and technical method can improve the management level of our company.
