摘 要:使用废弃黏土砖作为粗、细骨料制备轻骨料混凝土,探究了水胶比、体积砂率与粉煤灰掺量对力学性能的影响,并建立了各力学性能之间的换算关系。结果表明,黏土砖轻骨料混凝土的干表观密度在1700~1840kg/m^3之间,抗压强度高达40MPa。水胶比的降低能够提升黏土砖轻骨料混凝土的力学性能,粉煤灰的掺加对前28d力学性能存在不利影响,而体积砂率对力学性能的影响较小;建立了抗折强度、轴心抗压强度、静弹性模量与抗压强度之间的换算关系,分析了黏土砖轻骨料混凝应力应变曲线,并采用分段三次函数对曲线进行了拟合。The lightweight aggregate concrete is prepared by using waste clay bricks as coarse and fine aggregates.The effects of water-binder ratio, volume sand ratio and fly ash content on mechanical properties of the concrete is studied,and the conversion relationships between various mechanical properties are established. The results show that the dryapparent density of lightweight aggregate concrete with waste clay bricks as aggregates is 1700-1840kg∕m3, and thecompressive strength can reach to 40MPa. The mechanical properties could be improved by reducing water-binder ratio,and the addition of fly ash has the negative effect on mechanical properties before 28d. The impact of the volume sandratio on mechanical properties is little. The conversion relationships between flexural strength, axial compressive strength,static modulus of elasticity and compressive strength are established. Meanwhile, the stress-strain curve is analyzed andfitted by segmented cubic function.
