摘 要:当桥梁跨越不可间断的运输线(铁路、公路、河道等),由于交通线路运营繁忙或场地限制,其它施工方法无法满足要求时,采用顶推法或转体法施工从空中完成跨越作业,无疑是一种比较理想的方法。大跨度钢管拱桥顶推施工,通过滑块限位、导向纠偏装置、顶推千斤顶顶力纠偏方式,分段施工,减少了顶推重量,缩短了顶推段现浇梁占用相邻现浇段时间,即解决了跨度大的难题,又减小了顶推重量,缩短了工期。When bridges span unbroken transportation lines( railways,highways,river channels,etc.),due to the busy traffic lines or site restrictions,many construction methods can not meet the requirements,it is undoubtedly an ideal method to perform a spanning from the air by using incremental launching method or swivel-type method. The incremental launching technology for long-span steel pipe arch bridges is a method that uses spacing sliding block,guiding correction device and jack to correct the errors.This is a segmental construction technology,which reduces the push weight and shortens the push segment time of adjacent cast-in-place occupied by cast-in-situ beams. It not only solves the problem of long span,but also reduces the push weight,shortening the construction period.
