摘 要:文章主要阐述了汽车塑料件中的保险杠零部件涂装合格率提升的改善项目,采用六西格玛系统管理思想为指导,在项目开展过程中注重数据收集和统计,以数据为基础按照六西格玛DMAIC五步循环改进法分别进行项目问题的定义、测量、分析、改进和控制,并在各阶段选用合适的六西格玛工具,最终确定三个关键影响因数和最佳因子组合,通过对涂装相关因素的改进和参数的优化,实现了涂装合格率的大幅提升,达成了项目初期设定的项目目标,同时有效降低了Y企业由于涂装质量原因造成的成本损失。The article mainly introduces the improvement project of painting qualification rate of automobile plastic bumpers. Guided by the principle of Six Sigma, the project focuses on data collection and data statistics, and follows the Five-Step cycle method of DMAIC of Six Sigma to define, measure, analyse, improve and control the issues of the project. At each step, the appropriate tools of Six Sigma are applied to determine the key factors and optimal factor combination. Through the improvement and optimization of the painting process factors, the qualification rate is highly increased and the initial target of the project is achieved. Meanwhile, the cost loss of Y enterprise due to painting quality is effectively reduced.
