摘 要:以自主研发的茂金属催化剂生产的流延膜中试产品(记作MPE-1)为目标产品,与进口茂金属催化剂生产的中试产品(记作MPE-2)和进口产品(记作MPE-3)对比,分析了3种产品的基本物性、热性能、凝聚态结构等。结果表明:3种产品的熔体流动速率、密度、相对分子质量分布相近,但共聚单体在分子链上的分布存在明显差异,使MPE-2的拉伸性能和耐撕裂性能优于MPE-1和MPE-3,雾度和抗冲击性能低于MPE-1和MPE-3。The condensed structure,basic properties and thermodynamic properties of three cast films were investigated respectively,which include the pilot cast film(MPE-1),which was produced by self-made metallocene catalyst and used as target product,another pilot cast film(MPE-2) made by imported metallocene catalyst and imported cast film(MPE-3) which were used for contrast products. The results show that the melt flow rate,density and relative molecular mass distribution of these products are similar,while the clearly different comonomer distribution in MPE-2 has made MPE-2 shows better tensile and tear properties than MPE-1 and MPE-3,however,its impact resistance and haze are inferior to those of MPE-1 and MPE-3.
