摘 要:本文对ASTM D2068-14和指导书方法的内容进行了对比分析。ASTM D2068-14方法应用范围广,参数规定详细,A、B和C3个方法步骤中的滤膜孔径分别为1.6μm、1.6μm和5μm,试验仪器即可是成套仪器,也可以由各个独立部件组装而成;指导书方法要求参数相对简单,测定读数明了直观,滤膜孔径为0.8μm,仪器由各部件组装而成。这2种方法都能有效测定基础柴油和加剂柴油的阻塞倾向性值,指导书方法所测结果灵敏度更高一些。This paper makes a comparative analysis of ASTM D2068-14(the method one) and the instruction(the method tow). ASTM D2068-14 has a wide range of application,and the parameters are specified in detail. In this method,the nominal pore diameter of the corresponding procedure A,B and C is respectively 1.6 μm,1.6 μm and 5 μm. The test instrument of ASTM D2068 can be a complete set of instruments,or can be assembled by individual components. The instruction requires relatively simple parameters,the readings are clear and intuitive,the membrane filters pore size is 0.8 μm and the instrument is assembled by components. Both two methods can effectively determine the filter blocking tendency of normal diesel and additive diesel,and the sensitivity of the instruction is higher than ASTM D2068.
