热处理木制品出口技术壁垒的应对措施研究

摘　　要：本文通过研究热处理木制品出口所需国际认证、检验标准和热处理检疫要求,认识到森林认证、有毒有害物质限量和热处理技术要求影响我国木制品出口,针对我国木制品检验检疫标准和境外技术性贸易壁垒情况,提出政府扶持结合企业自身努力,共同做出适当的应对措施。This article is to study the required internatio nal certification,the inspection criteria and the quarantine requirements on the export of heating treatment on wood products. Via this study,we come to realize that forest certification,the limitation of toxic and hazardous substances,as well as the technical requirements of heating treatment will affect the export of wood products in China. According to the inspection and quarantine standards of wood products and the offshore technical trade barriers,this article puts forward that government support should be in accordance with company＇s own situation and effort,and make appropriate countermeasures.
