摘　　要：为探索利用迁徙生长现象进行变形杆菌属的初筛。将菌悬液或样品处理液加入克氏双糖铁长斜面底部冷凝液中,36℃培养24 h,观察菌株是否出现迁徙生长现象。含有变形杆菌属的菌悬液或样品处理液,均能出现独特"迁徙生长现象":克氏双糖铁斜面底冷凝液中长出菌苔,其沿斜面向上呈膜样覆盖生长。反之,不含变形杆菌属的菌悬液或样品处理液,则不表现出"迁徙生长现象"。"迁徙生长试验"可应用于变形杆菌属的快速初筛检测,具有快速、简便、成本低、特异性高等优点,可在实践应用中推广。To explore using the migratory growth phenomena to screen Proteus species,Add bacterial suspensions or treated sample liquid into the condensated water at the bottom of KIA long slant,36℃incubation for 24 h,observe for migratory growth phenomena. All the bacterial suspensions and treated sample liquid which contained Proteus species gave rise to characteristic ＂migratory growth phenomena＂ ：bacterial lawn sprouted from the condensated water at the bottom of KIA slant and grew upward along the slant at a coating-like way. Otherwise, ＂migratory growth phenomena＂ didn＇t present when bacterial suspensions and treated sample liquid contained no Proteus species. ＂Migratory growth test＂ originated in this paper can be applied to rapid screening of Proteus species,which has the advantages of fastness,simplicity,low cost and high specificity, and can be popularized in practical application.
