摘  要:针对牵引供电系统中频率自适应性能差、谐波污染严重等电能质量问题,在传统二阶广义积分器(SOGI)的基础上,结合锁频环(FLL)提出了一种新型的SOGI-FLL结构。在采用模块化多电平换流器结构的铁路功率调节器(MMC-RPC)中使用该结构,能够提高系统频率的跟踪能力,加快响应速度,且能有效治理谐波,提高电能质量。在Matlab中搭建基于新型SOGI-FLL的MMC-RPC仿真系统模型,仿真结果和理论分析证实了该新型SOGI-FLL运用到MMC-RPC系统中的可行性及有效性。The traction power supply system has the problems of the power quality, such as poor frequency adaptiveperformance and harmonics. On the basis of the traditional integrator ( Second Order Generalized Integrator, SOGI), combined with the frequency locked loop (FLL) a new SOGI?FLL structure is proposed in this paper. Thisstructure is used in the modular multilevel converter railway static power conditioner (MMC-RPC), which is one ofmodular multilevel converter structure. It can improve the tracking ability of the system frequency, speed up the re-sponse, effectively control harmonics, and improve power quality. The MMC-RPC simulation system model basedon SOGI?FLL is built in Matlab, and the simulation results and theoretical analysis prove the feasibility and effec-tiveness of the SOGI?FLL application in MMC-RPC system.
