摘 要:功能神经外科学作为神经外科学的新兴分支学科,专业性强,具有独特的学科特色和临床教学特点,对术者的解剖基础和空间判断能力要求非常高,培训医师掌握起来很困难。随着影像三维可视化技术的进步和临床应用,不仅给功能神经外科医生带来极大的便利,而且用于培训专科医师,取得明显成效,显著缩短学习曲线。本文对影像三维可视化技术在功能神经外科教学方面的应用进行初步介绍。As an emerging branch of neurosurgery, functional neurosurgery has highly special and unique characteristic. It is very difficult either for interns to master, or for tutors to teach because of the special requirement for the anatomical foundation and spatial ability. With the rapid progress of 3 D visualization technology, the clinical application of 3 D visualization technology in medical imaging not only brings great convenience for functional neurosurgeons, but also achieves remarkable improvement on the training of young doctors and medical students. This improvement can significantly shorten the learning curve of functional neurosurgical training. This paper introduced the application of 3 D visualization technique in the education of functional neurosurgery.
