百令胶囊对腹膜透析充分性影响的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察百令胶囊对慢性肾衰腹膜透析患者透析充分性的影响。方法将慢性肾衰腹膜透析患者80例随机分为治疗组与对照组,每组均为40例。两组患者均接受常规腹膜透析,每次使用2 000 ml腹膜透析液,每天换液4次,每次相隔4～6 h,夜间留腹,疗程6个月,治疗组在此基础上,加用百令胶囊口服,5粒/次,3次/d,疗程6个月。结果治疗组患者在治疗后BUN、Scr下降程度与治疗前及对照组相比,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者其尿量、KT/V在治疗后均有所提高,与治疗前及对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加用百令胶囊的腹膜透析更充分,残余肾功能得到保护,其机理与百令胶囊保护腹膜功能,抵抗腹膜纤维化提高腹膜透析充分性有一定的关系。Objective To observe the order capsule dialysis in patients with chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis adequacy. Methods 80 patients with chronic renal failure peritoneal dialysis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 40 cases in each group. The two groups were treated with conventional peritoneal dialysis, 2000 ml each use peritoneal dialysis fluid, fluid in 4 times a day, every time interval of 4 to 6 h, night left abdomen, the course of 6 months, the treatment group on the basis of the best make capsules for oral, 5 grains/times, 3 times/d, treatment for 6 months. Results There was no significant difference in the decrease of BUN and Scr between the treatment group and the control group after treatment（P〉0.05）. The urine volume and KT/V of the treatment group were improved after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05） compared with that before treatment and in the control group. Conclusion The peritoneal dialysis with Bailing capsule is more sufficient and the residual renal function is protected. The mechanism is related to the protection of peritoneum function by bailing capsule and the resistance of peritoneal fibrosis to the adequacy of peritoneal dialysis.
