摘  要:某煤柴油加氢装置热高分吹扫蒸汽线阀门大盖法兰高压螺栓在吹扫时发生突然断裂,造成大量蒸汽外泄。采用宏观检查、材料化学成分分析、显微组织分析、硬度测定和断口形貌特征分析等方法,结合制造情况,对高压螺栓断裂失效原因及影响因素进行了分析。认为螺栓加工次序不合理和热处理不当是导致螺栓断裂的主要原因,提出了预防螺栓开裂的措施。A sudden break of the large cap flange high pressure bolt of steam line valve for high heat content of a certain coal and diesel oil hydrogenation device occurred during purging,which resulted in a large amount of steam leakage.Combined with manufacturing practice,the failure causes and influencing factors of high pressure bolts were analyzed by means of microscope inspection,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,hardness measurement and fracture surface characteristics analysis.It is considered that the improper order of bolt processing and improper heat treatment are the main causes of bolt fracture.Measures to prevent bolt cracking are put forward.
