基于Wonderware IAS煤矿综合自动化系统的设计与实现

摘　　要：根据中煤平朔集团有限公司4号煤矿的实际情况,使用Wonderware IAS平台设计了一个煤矿综合自动化系统,并对该平台整体的系统结构、平台的软硬件配置,与各子系统间通信、IAS建模过程以及基于In Touch的矿井排水界面设计等进行了详细介绍。该系统现已投入使用,系统运行稳定,各子系统间通信状态良好。According to actual situation of No. 4 coal mine of China Coal Pingshuo Group Co.,Ltd.,a design scheme of an integrated automation system platform of coal mine based on Wonderware IAS was proposed. The platform structure,system platform hardware and software configuration,communication between the platform and subsystems,IAS development and monitoring interface of mine drainage subsystem based on In Touch configuration software were introduced. The system is now in use,and it is stable,the communication between subsystems is good.
