摘  要:对小鼠早期囊胚分别进行39℃和41℃2h的体外热应激处理,观察热应激后小鼠早期囊胚线粒体结构的变化。结果发现,39℃热应激组小鼠早期囊胚线粒体发生轻微肿胀,经37℃再培养2h后线粒体肿胀减轻;41℃热应激组胚胎线粒体高度肿胀,经37℃再培养2h后线粒体肿胀未减轻。上述结果说明,热应激后小鼠早期囊胚线粒体的损伤程度和修复能力决定了小鼠早期囊胚的后续发育能力。Mouse early blastocysts were exposed to 39℃ and 41℃ for 2 h,respectively,to determine ultrastructural changes of the mitochondria.The results showed that the mitochondria of the early blastocysts heat stressed at 39℃for 2 hwere slightly swell,which was recovered at 2 hculturing at 37℃following heat stressed.However,the mitochondria in the blastocysts heat stressed at 41℃for 2 hexhibited severe swollen,and the changes at 37℃for 2 hwere not recovered.The above results indicated that the degree of injury and the recovery capability of mice early blastocysts after heat stressed determined their subsequent survival.
