摘 要:[目的]优化选择厦门筼筜湖东水西调工程引水规模。[方法]基于引清活水改善水环境工程中普遍存在的引水规模与水环境改善效果之间的相关规律,提出采用拐点理论与数值模拟相结合的方法,从水环境改善角度判别东水西调工程引水的适宜规模。[结果]东水西调工程引水的适宜规模为25 m^3/s。[结论]该研究结果为东水西调工程在节约经济投入的同时实现环境效益最优化提供了理论依据。[Objective] The aim was to optimize the selection of the diversion scale of the East-to-West Water Transfer Project. [Method] A method combining the inflection point theory with numerical simulation was proposed based on the correlation between water diversion scale and effect of improving water environment. From the viewpoint of improvement of water environment,the appropriate scale for diversion of the Eastto-West Water Transfer Project was studied. [Result] The appropriate scale for diversion of the East-to-West Water Transfer Project was25 m^3/s. [Conclusion]The conclusions of the study provide the basis of optimizing the environmental benefits while saving economic input for the East-to-West Water Transfer Project.
