摘  要:为研究苜蓿根瘤菌在不同基质中与紫花苜蓿共生匹配的生长效果,本文选择从美国进口的紫花苜蓿品种巨人201为研究对象,分别使用了八种不同的根瘤菌,对紫花苜蓿进行处理。在常温条件下通过将紫花苜蓿栽种到风化煤、蛭石等两种不同的介质中,来研究不同根瘤菌对紫花苜蓿生长产生的影响,从而揭示不同根瘤菌与紫花苜蓿共生匹配的效果。研究结果显示:采用风化煤为主要基质,根瘤菌和苜蓿品种之间匹配试验效果最佳,苜蓿的固氮效果和各生长趋势均高于另外一种培养基质。由此可以看出风化煤是高效菌株筛选的首选基质。To study the growth effect of Alfalfa rhizobia symbiosis with alfalfa in different substrates.Eight varieties of rhizobia were used to treat alfalfa,which were selected from American giant variety 201. Under normal temperature conditions,alfalfa was planted in weathered coal and vermiculite separately to study the effect of different rhizobia on growth of alfalfa,and to reveal the effect of symbiotic matching of different rhizobia and alfalfa. Using weathered coal as the main matrix,the matching experiment between rhizobia and alfalfa come out the best effect. The nitrogen fixation effect and growth trend of alfalfa were higher than that of the other one. It was concluded that weathered coal was the first choice for screening of high-efficiency strains.
