摘  要:目的:探讨二维斑点追踪成像技术对窒息新生儿心肌损害的早期诊断价值。方法:选择正常新生儿70例,窒息新生儿70例。采用彩色多普勒超声诊断仪和全自动微粒子化学发光仪等检测新生儿左心室功能和血清肌钙蛋白水平。结果:研究组新生儿左室四腔心收缩期总应变与左室输出量呈正相关(P<0.01),与血清肌钙蛋白呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:二维斑点追踪成像技术能对局部损害心肌进行定量分析,可以早期辅助诊断窒息新生儿的心脏功能。Objective: To explore the value of two-dimensional speckle tracking imaging( 2 D-STI) in early evaluation on myocardial injury of neonatal asphyxia. Methods: 70 cases of healthy neonatal( control group) and 70 cases of asphyxia neonates( research group) were studied. The cardiac function was valued by the color Doppler ultrasonography,and the serum troponin levels were measured by the automated chemiluminescence analyzer. Results: There were a positive correlation between total left ventricular systolic global longitudinal strain( LV GLS) and left ventricular output( LVO)( P〈0.01),and a negative correlation between LV GLS and serum troponin( c Tn I) in the research group( P〈0.01). Conclusion: 2 D-STI can quantitatively evaluate the myocardial injury and thus can be used to assess the cardiac function of neonatal asphyxia.
