摘　　要：介绍了锁渣阀在水煤浆加压气化装置上的使用工况及工艺要求。主要就锁渣阀的整机结构设计、主要零件的结构设计及零件的硬化手段进行了详细的阐述。The working conditions and technological requirements of scum ball valve in the coal slurry pressurized gasification deviceare introduced. In this paper, the structure design, structural design of main parts and hardening method of the parts are described indetail.
