摘  要:从空间精密轴系用轴承的轴向游隙和刚度角度,分别分析了工作温度及其梯度对全钢轴承和陶瓷球混合轴承预紧力的影响,以及背靠背和面对面2种安装方式的影响差异,明确了量化估算方法。根据隔圈受力变化与预紧力的关系,采用基于应变的预紧力在线测试方法,分别实测了不同温度下全钢轴承轴系和混合轴承的预紧力,结果表明实测结果与分析结果基本一致。The influence of operating temperature and its gradient on preload of all-steel bearings and hybrid ceramic ball bearings and the influence difference between two installation types of back-to-back and face-to-face are analyzed respectively from the point of axial clearance and stiffness of bearings for spatial precision shafting. The quantitative estimation method is identified. According to relationship between stress of spacer ring and preload,the preload of shafting for all-steel bearings and hybrid bearings under different temperatures is measured respectively by using online test method for preload based on strain. The results show that the measured result is consistent with analysis result.
