摘　　要：自动倾斜器轴承试验机可真实地模拟大轴承在直升机上的运转和承载状态,由转速控制系统、液压加载系统和数据采集系统等构成,实现了大轴承在不同飞行状态下转速和受载的自动切换,即扫谱功能。通过合理的硬件设计和软件开发,其自动化程度高,高度集成,界面友好,运行稳定,为自动倾斜器大轴承疲劳试验数据的准确性和可靠性提供了保证。The tester for swashplate bearing actually simulates operating and loading state of large bearings for helicopter. The tester is composed of rotational speed control system,hydraulic loading system and data acquisition system.The automatic switching of rotational and load of large bearings under different flight states is realized,that is spectrum sweep function. The tester features high automation degree,highly integration,friendly interface and stable operation through reasonable hardware design and software development,which provides a guarantee for accuracy and reliability of fatigue test data of large bearings of swashplate.
