摘　　要：针对高速密封轴承防尘性能试验的需求,设计了一种高速密封轴承防尘性能试验机。介绍了试验机的主要技术参数、功能原理、试验机结构及测控系统。试验表明:该试验机运行稳定、性能可靠,能够满足高速密封轴承防尘性能的试验要求。In view of requirements for dustproof property test of high speed sealed bearings,a tester is designed. The main technical parameters,function principle,structure,measurement and control system of tester are introduced. The test shows that the tester features stable operation and reliable property,which is able to meet test requirements for dustproof property of high speed sealed bearings.
