摘  要:[目的/意义]中国企业如何提升其国际竞争力?通过聚焦人际情报网络,研究其对提升企业国际竞争力的理论意义和实际效果。[方法/过程]在梳理相关文献的基础上,开展了多例企业访谈,分析了陕西企业问卷调查数据,针对人际情报网络的政府、市场、社会渠道的相对效应,检验了相关研究假设。[结果/结论]主要研究发现:一是市场渠道和社会渠道的人际情报网络,注重联系松散、异质性高的"弱关系",而对交往密切、同质性高的"强关系"并无期待;二是政府渠道的人际情报网络,是强弱关系并举的,通过弱关系获得及时的非重复性情报,而通过强关系获得深度的关键情报;三是获取任何隐性知识都需要强关系。核心结论是,人际情报网络在企业国际化的发展中是不可或缺的社会资源,我国企业需要有意识地建立和加强人际情报网络的社会资源功能。[Purpose/Significance]Howto improve their international competitive edge has become a vital issue in the enhanced scale of internationalization of Chinese corporations.The theoretical implications and effects of human intelligence networks are discussed in this research.[Method/Process]Based on prior literature as well as field research of corporations " going abroad" in Shaanxi,the questions are explored as howcorporations improve their competitiveness and accelerate their internationalization process through three channels of human intelligence networks: government,market,and social channels and several hypotheses are tested.[Result/Conclusion]The main findings are as follows: a. Market and social channels favor loosely connected weak ties with high heterogeneity while densely connected and highly homogeneous strong ties are less frequently used. b. Government channels value both strong ties and weak ties in that strong ties are suitable for acquiring strategic intelligence while weak ties help accumulate non-redundant information. c. Strong ties matter in acquiring tacit knowledge. The main conclusion is that human intelligence networks are indispensable social resources during the internationalization process and thus should be strategically reinforced and utilized by Chinese corporations.
