网络直播+政务与用户的互动研究——基于互动仪式链的视角

摘　　要：[目的/意义]网络直播+政务是新时代下民众与政府对话交流的新平台,有效拓展了公共行政与政务服务的空间,打造了新的行政生态。研究网络直播+政务,对我国政府治理现代化具有重大意义,并能让网络直播+政务更好地引领直播正能量。[方法/过程]通过案例分析法对2016年6月-2017年6月的网络直播+政务的典型案例进行归纳分析,基于互动仪式链的视角,从社会情境中的微观角度分析网络直播+政务与用户的互动仪式模型,解析了互动仪式的构成要素与互动结果。[结果/结论]分析出网络直播+政务与用户互动的情境分层,最后提出衡量政务直播是否成功的4个标准,并根据这个标准总结了当前网络直播+政务的一些不足之处,以期为我国的服务型政府建设提供有价值的参考。[Purpose/Significance]The mode combining live-streaming with government affairs is an emerging platform for communication between the public and the government,effectively expanding the space for public administration and government services and creating a newadministrative ecology. Research on live-streaming ＋ government affairs is of great significance to the modernization of government administration in our country as well as leads the live-streaming of positive energy. [Method/Process]This paper uses case analysis method to summarize and analyze the significance of live-streaming ＋ government affairs cases from June 2016 to June 2017. Based on the perspective of interaction ritual chains,this paper analyzes the interaction model between users and anchors,then resolve the components and interaction results of interactive modes. [Result/Conclusion]This paper obtains the results of the live-streaming ＋ government affairs and user interaction situation. Finally,four criteria for measuring the success of the live-streaming ＋ government affairs are proposed. Based on these criteria,some shortcomings of the current live-streaming ＋ government affairs are summarized,which could provide valuable references with the construction of the interactive government in our country.
