巨输尿管症手术治疗临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨先天性巨输尿管症的疾病特点、诊断、治疗及预后情况,总结手术方法治疗巨输尿管畸形的临床效果。方法:2012-2016年用手术方法治疗巨输尿管畸形12例,根据12例患者临床资料进行随访研究。结果:本组12例患者,其中男7例,女5例;年龄13~49岁,平均35.5岁;左侧巨输尿管症8例,右侧巨输尿管症4例。先天性输尿管膀胱连接部狭窄7例,输尿管远端功能不良5例,巨输尿管症手术最重要的是切除输尿管远端狭窄部分,输尿管膀胱再植,以及重建输尿管膀胱抗反流机制。手术效果满意,随访6~12个月无特殊不适,患者恢复良好。结论:巨输尿管症手术治疗临床效果良好。Objective：To investigate the characteristics,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of congenital megaureter,and summarize the clinical effect of surgical treatment for megaureter deformity.Method：From 2012 to 2016 with surgical treatment of 12 cases of megaureter deformity,clinical data was collected according to the follow-up results of 12 cases.Result：12 patients in this group,there were 7 males and 5 females,aged 13-49 years,mean age 35.5 years,8 cases of left megaureter,4 cases of the right side of the giant ureteral disease.There were 7 cases of congenital ureteral junction stenosis and 5 cases of distal ureter dysfunction.The most important part of mega ureteral surgery was to remove distal ureter,ureteral and bladder reimplantation,and reconstruct the mechanism of ureteral bladder reflux.The results were satisfactory,and there was no special discomfort for 6-12 months,and the patients recovered well.Conclusion：The surgical treatment of megaureter has a good clinical effect.
