“五常法”在小儿康复病房规范化管理中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:总结小儿康复病房护理管理中五常法的应用经验,探究应用效果。方法:选取2016年6月-2017年4月笔者所在医院儿科收治861例患者作为研究对象,2016年12月开始将五常法应用于儿科护理管理中,2016年6-12月收治患者411例,2017年1-4月收治患者450例,观察护理前后环境满意度、设备完好率等指标。结果:实施前,环境满意度、设备完好率、缺陷发发生率、无菌物品过期率分别为83.94%、88.56%、19.22%、14.11%;实施后以上指标分别为98.89%、98.87%、1.11%、1.56%。实施前后各指标对比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患儿住院时间及症状缓解时间均短于实施前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:儿科病区护理管理中五常法的应用可有效提高设备完好率及环境满意度,降低缺陷发生率及无菌物品过期率,具有较高的应用价值。Objective：To Sum up the application effect of ＂Wuchang method＂ in nursing management of children＇s rehabilitation ward.Method：A total of 861 cases with pediatric patients during June 2016 to July 2016 in the author＇s hospital were selected of as the research object,the application of ＂Wuchang method＂ in pediatric nursing management was from December 2016,411 cases of patients were admitted from June to December 2016,450 cases of patients were admitted from January to April 2017,the environmental satisfaction and equipment completion rate before and after nursing care were observed.Result：Before implementation,the environmental satisfaction rate,the equipment integrity rate,the incidence of defects and the expiration rate of aseptic items were 83.94%,88.56%,19.22% and 14.11% respectively,after implementation,the above indicators were 98.89%,98.87%,1.11% and 1.56%,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The duration of hospitalization and symptom relief after implementation were shorter than that before implementation,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The application of ＂Wuchang method＂ in pediatric ward nursing management method could effectively improve equipment intact rate and environment satisfaction,decrease the rate of incidence of defects and sterile items expire, has higher application value.
