摘 要:目的:研究腹腔预注射全氟化碳对大鼠心肌缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:研究对象为2017年5月-2017年8月饲养的60只雄性健康Wistar大鼠,用电脑随机数字表法均分为3组:假手术组、缺血再灌注组及全氟化碳(PFC)组,每组20只。结果:与假手术组相比,缺血再灌注组MPO为(55.19±12.04)U/L、MDA为(10.14±0.61)nmol/mg、LDH为(5 779.12±1 269.14)U/L,PFC组MPO为(40.79±10.19)U/L、MDA为(7.13±0.31)nmol/mg、LDH为(4 119.09±987.03)U/L,测定值均显著增加,而缺血再灌注组SOD活性为(77.10±9.09)U/ml、PFC组SOD活性为(87.10±10.67)U/ml,均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与缺血再灌注组相比,PFC组MPO、MDA、LDH测定值显著降低,SOD活性显著增加,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:SOD活性增加,MPO、MDA水平降低,表明全氟化碳对心急缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用和抗炎作用、抗氧化能力相关,但是需要对其作用机制进行进一步的研究。Objective:To study the protective effect of perfluorocarbon on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.Method:Sixty healthy male Wistar rats from May 2017 to August 2017 were randomly divided into three groups:sham operation group,ischemia reperfusion group and PFC group.Each group 20 only.Result:The MPO of ischemia reperfusion group was(55.19±12.04)U/L,MDA was(10.14±0.61) nmol/mg,and LDH was(5 779.12±1 269.14)U/L,in the PFC group,MPO was(40.79±10.19)U/L,MDA was(7.13±0.31)nmol/mg,and LDH was(4 119.09±987.03)U/L.Compared with the sham group,the values in both groups increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(〈0.05).The activity of SOD in ischemia-reperfusion group was(77.10±9.09)U/ml,and the activity of SOD in PFC group was(87.10±10.67)U/ml.Compared with the sham operation group,the values of the two groups were significantly lower,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Compared with ischemiareperfusion group,the values of MPO, MDA, and LDH were significantly lower in the PFC group,and the SOD activity was significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:SOD activity increased,MPO and MDA levels, shows that the carbon fluoride to impatient ischemia-reperfusion injury of protection and anti-inflammatory effects,antioxidant capacity, but need further research on its mechanism of action.
