摘　　要：在国家大力提倡创新的背景下,《国家创新驱动发展战略纲要》在医学领域提出了"发展先进有效、安全便捷的健康技术,应对重大疾病和人口老龄化挑战"的战略任务。研究型大学附属三甲医院一方面作为健康技术的研究者,另一方面又是使用方,相较于单纯的科研机构或企业有着其特殊性,故应当认真思考如何解决科技成果转化中的障碍问题。在分析目前研究型大学附属三甲医院进行科技成果转化必要性与所处困境的基础上,探讨加快科技成果培育、转化和产业化的策略。Under the background of innovation,the strategic task of ＂developing healthcare related technology,which is advanced,effective,safe and convenient,to face the challenges of serious diseases and the aging of population ＂ was presented in the National Innovation-Driven Development Strategy Outline.As affiliated hospitals of research university are both researchers and users of healthcare related technology,they need to take into consideration the removing of barriers to the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.This article discusses how to speed up the cultivation,transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements by affiliated hospitals of research university on the basis of the analysis of necessity and predicament.
