摘  要:为全面、科学地把握轨道设备健康状态,基于网格化管理思想,将铁路线路划分为连续、等长的轨道网格,从使用性能、结构完整性、安全性和外观4个方面,构建了轨道网格化健康状态综合评定指标体系,并对其中各状态指标给出了明确的定义与计算方法。采用该状态综合评定指标体系对兰新铁路轨道设备实际状态数据进行了评定,并将评定结果与现有铁路轨道质量评定方法进行了对比,验证了该评定体系的有效性。该评定体系目前已在兰州铁路局试用,取得了较好的效果。To have a comprehensive and scientific assessment of railway track health,and based on the idea of gridding management,a continuous railway line was divided into adjacent "segments"with the same specific length. These"segments"are called track grids.A comprehensive gridding evaluation index system of track health was proposed from 4 perspectives such as functional performance,structural integrity,safety and aesthetics. The definitions and calculation methods of the condition indexes were studied. The actual condition data from the Lanzhou-Xinjiang Railway were evaluated by using this evaluation index system,and the results were compared with that of conventional evaluated method of track quality. The validity of the proposed evaluation index system was verified. The system was tested in Lanzhou railway administration and achieved good results.
