湿法磷酸多级中和制备饲料磷酸氢钙研究

摘　　要：磷酸氢钙是常用的饲料添加剂。一般以湿法磷酸作为原料,采取中和法脱除有害元素氟和倍半氧化物。研究了湿法稀磷酸中和后在不同p H下滤液和滤饼的全元素分析。研究表明,当中和p H=2.33时,滤液m(P_2O_5)/m(F)=242.9,满足GB 22548—2017《饲料级磷酸氢钙》Ⅰ型标准,探讨了m(P_2O_5)/m(F)和MER(金属氧化物与P_2O_5的质量比)值随p H的变化关系。Calcium phosphate is a common feed additive.In general,wet phosphoric acid is used as raw material,and the harmful elements F and R2O3 are removed by neutralization.The content in filtrate and the filter cake under different p H conditions were studied.The research indicated that when p H was 2.33,the mass fraction of P2O5 to F in filtrate was 242.9,which met the type Ⅰ requirement of Feed Grade Calcium Phosphate（GB 22548—2017）.At the same time,the change relationship of the mass fraction of P2O5 to F and MER（the mass fraction of metallic oxide to P2O5） with p H was discussed.
