摘  要:以油页岩灰渣为原料采用碱融-水热合成法于不同条件下合成了沸石。利用扫描电镜以及比表面积分析仪揭示了合成沸石的表面形貌、比表面积及孔径大小,并研究了其对Cr(Ⅵ)的吸附特性。实验结果表明,以m(氢氧化钠)∶m(油页岩灰渣)=2∶1、n(H_2O)∶n(Na_2O)=40、室温陈化6 h后晶化得到的沸石对铬(Ⅵ)的吸附效果最好。通过SEM及BET分析可以发现,在此条件下合成的沸石颗粒表面更加疏松,出现了更多的孔道,因此有利于对铬(Ⅵ)的吸附,且该吸附过程符合Freundlich等温吸附方程。Zeolites were synthesized by Na OH fusion-hydrothermal synthesis under different conditions with oil shale ash as raw material.The morphology,surface structure and average pore size of product were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM) and surface area analyzer.Its adsorption ability to Cr(Ⅵ)was also studied.The experimental results showed that the best adsorption effect of Cr( Ⅵ) can be obtained when the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide to shale ash was 2 ∶1,n(H2 O)∶n(Na2 O)=40 and crystallization of zeolite after aging 6 h at room temperature.The results of SEM and BET indicated that under those conditions,the surface of the zeolite was looser and there were more channels.Therefore,it made its adsorption of Cr(Ⅵ) easier.This adsorption process was in conformity with the isothermal adsorption equation of Freundlich.
