摘 要:以硅酸钠、氯化铝为主要原料制备不同铝硅物质的量比的聚硅酸铝(PASi C)混凝剂,通过混凝实验,对比聚硅酸铝、市售聚合氯化铝(PAC)、阳离子聚丙烯酰胺(CPAM)以及聚硅酸铝复配阳离子聚丙烯酰胺对模拟废水浊度和苯酚的去除效果。研究结果表明:PASiC_1(铝硅物质的量比为1.0)与少量阳离子聚丙烯酰胺复配,可以降低去除浊度和苯酚时PASiC_1的使用量,并大幅度提高PASiC_1对苯酚的混凝去除率。当水样p H=9、PASiC_1复配5 mg/L CPAM时,浊度去除率最高达99%以上,苯酚去除率可达10.3%,表现出协同增效作用,为焦化废水的强化混凝预处理提供了有益思路。Poly-aluminum-silicate coagulant(PASi C) with different amount-of-substance ratios was prepared with aluminium chloride and sodium silicate as main raw materials.Through coagulation experiments,the turbidity and phenol removal effect of simulated wastewater were compared among the PASi C,commercial polyaluminum chloride(PAC),cationic polyacrylamide(CPAM) and polysilicate aluminum compound cationic polyacrylamide.The results showed that the addition of a small amount of cationic polyacrylamide could reduce the dosage of PASiC1 as well as could improve the removal efficiency of phenol.When the p H of water sample was 9 and the dosage of CPAM was 5 mg/L,the synergies between the PASiC1 and CPAM could make the removal percentage of turbidity and phenol up to 99% and 10.3%,respectively.This work is expected to provide a new thought for the future research about enhancing coagulation pretreatment of coking wastewater.
