经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术治疗BPH患者的临床疗效探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨经尿道双极等离子前列腺剜除术(TUERP)治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)的临床疗效。方法:选取我院收治的BPH患者6 2例,分为两组,研究组行TUERP治疗,对照组行PKRP治疗,对比两组治疗疗效。结果:研究组各项手术指标与对照组对比差异显著,P<0.05;两组并发症发生率对比无统计学的意义,P>0.05。结论:TUERP治疗BPH的效果显著,可推广。to explore the clinical effect of tupperation of the transurethral bipolar plasma prostate （TUERP） in the treat-ment of BPH. Methods： 62 patients with BPH in our hospital were selected and divided into two groups. The group was treated with TUERP and the control group was treated with PKRP, and the therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups. Results： the differences between the surgical indexes and the control group were significant, P 〈 0.05. There was no significant difference in the in- cidence of complications between the two groups, P 〉 0.05. Conclusion： the effect of TUERP on BPH is significant and can be pro- moted.
