摘　　要：近年来,社会工作在中国发展迅速,作为社会工作主要载体的社会工作组织也日益增多,成为替政府解决诸多社会问题的主要工具。藏区独有的高原环境和发展悠久的藏族文化,孕育了富有特点的社会工作组织,为高原人民提供着多元化的服务。对这些社会工作组织的深入研究和积极引导,对于藏区治理与发展乃至全国稳定有着积极意义。In recent years,social work has developed rapidly in China. As a major carrier of social work, the number of social work organizations is also growing, Which has become the main tool for solving many social problems for the government. The unique plateau environment of Tibetan Plateau and the long history of Tibetan culture,aregaving birth to the characteristics of the social work organization for the plateau people with a wide range of services. Therefore,to study and guidedeeply and actively on these social work organizations have positive meanings for the governance and development of Tibetan areas and even the stability of the whloe country.
