摘 要:为研究非轴向力作用下螺栓球节点中锥头的破坏规律及承载能力,本文采用数值模拟的方法,建立有限元模型,考虑螺栓和锥头在局部接触下的共同作用,开展螺栓和锥头的受力性能分析,获得荷载-位移曲线和破坏模式,分析结果表明,非轴向力对锥头的极限承载力影响较显著,为相关规范的修订提供参考。In order to study the damage rule and bearing capacity of the cone head in the bolt ball joint under the action of non-axial force, in this paper, using numerical simulation method, the finite element model is established, considering the bolt and the cone head interaction in the local contact, conduct analysis of bolt and the cone head stress performance ,get the load displacement curves and failure modes the analysis results show that the non-axial force has a significant influence on the ulti-mate bearing capacity of the cone, and provides a reference for the revision of relevant norms.Key words: cone-head; bearing capacity; non axial force; bolted spherical joint.
